The estate is located at the spot “Vouno”, close to the Monastery of Panagia tou Vounou. The building in the estate is reachable by car, although the street is a dirt road.

In the 2-hectare-estate there are over 100 olive trees, the majority of them being perennial. The estate consists of three parts – the first is 4.305 square metres (m²)  and has access to the vehicular passage and the rural road , the second contains the buildings and is 14.120 m², and the third, 3.560 m², is an olive field.

The house consists of two buildings of the two previous centuries, which are excellently preserved – in fact of the most well preserved in Sifnos and typical of the traditional Aegean architecture-, a threshing floor, a warehouse and agricultural oven. There is also another building close to the above, which is easily reconstructed. The buildings (“themonies”, meaning agricultural houses) are an example of local architecture, as already mentioned, and are used as a kitchen/ living-room and bedroom respectively. Four people can be comfortably accommodated. The Aegean view is exquisite. The buildings are about 500 metres from the main road to Platys Gyalos. and  the closest beaches are the famous Chryssopigi with the namesake monastery, and the busy Platys Gyalos.

The estate is in benching form, full of olive trees but also having big uncultivated parts. It is suitable not only for agrotourism or for building many small buildings of the same architectural philosophy, that is traditional, small, simple houses , but also for any other use, for example building one big detached house.

The agricultural value of the estate should not be underestimated, because, on the condition that it has been well taken care of, the olive grove is of high yield, and , in any case, the olive trees themselves, are of remarkable monetary value.

The estate is one of the most beautiful, picturesque and well-preserved of its kind in Sifnos, and quite a representative example of estates in Aegean islands.
